How does your product/service work?
We support local and international travel enthusiasts in a number of ways. We offer a range of membership-streamlined benefits to our members. Our process is simple, become a member and enjoy our curated adventures.
How to become a member?
Fill and submit the member-admission form. This is free of charge. It may take up to 7 days to process your membership application. When your application is successful, an admin will contact you by email advising you on the next steps to complete your membership registration.
When do I start benefiting?
Bronze members start benefiting after 3 consecutive subscriptions (ie, 3 months). Silver, Gold and Diamond members enjoy access to all Bronze benefits immediately after admission into the club. However, Silver and Gold Members qualify for international adventures after 6 consecutive subscriptions (ie, after 6 months). Diamond members need only 2 months subscriptions to access all Silver and Gold benefits, and 6 months to enjoy elaborate international Diamond benefits.
What if I want to join and start enjoying all my tier benefits immediately? Is it possible?
Yes, it is possible. For Bronze members, simply pay a total of 3 months back-dated subscriptions which include the current month. This way you will catch up with other members and unlock access to all Bronze tier benefits instantly. For Silver and Gold tiers, simply pay a back-dated 6 months subscriptions. However, for Diamond tier it is deliberated on a case bases. Contact us to discuss your immediate full membership. We are always happy to answer your questions.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies depending on membership tiers. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Please visit our Membership Tiers page for more information.
How do I pay my subscriptions?
You can pay with cash at our office or with EcoCash/InBucks on our Econet line 0773404502 (Account name: Josiah Chidawo) and send us a screenshot of your payment by WhatsApp on the same line. After confirming your subscription, we will send you a receipt instantly. All subscriptions are due on or before the 7th of each month.
What happens if I skip my subscriptions?
We will remind you, but we are not obliged to do so. Missing your subscriptions will result in suspension of benefits or termination of membership if you stop subscribing for more than 3 months. Read the Club Membership Agreement on Terms and Conditions.
Do you do refunds?
Not always. Read our Refund Policy here.
Is local transport included in these tiers?
No. All tiers do not include local transportation cost of members. When members are attending local functions. However, in some cases, the club may organize discounted transport for elaborate local trips, pay part of the cost and members pay the difference. Members only events like social network gatherings, dinners, etc, members always transport themselves.
Is passport cost covered in the subscription if I need one?
No. Passport is your own responsibility. The Club does not pay for members' passports.
How do you verify someone is a true ECC member?
All members have some membership cards. Each card has an engraved QR Code on its back with information to verify your membership details. Your membership card is very important, find out more here...
How do members know about upcoming adventures and events?
All events and adventures are planned well in advance and in consultations with Club members in most cases. For big events and elaborate adventures that require meticulous planning, we announce and start planning at least 9 months before the travelling date. For other simple adventures, we inform members at least 3 months before. For pop-up dinners and members-only social gatherings, we try to inform members 3 weeks before the event date. We communicate via email, WhatsApp and text messages. Members may also frequently visit our website to see all upcoming events.

Is there any age restriction?
Yes. Eligible age is between 18 and 65 at the time of membership admission.
Do you admit unlimited members in the club?
No. All membership tiers have membership limits. For Bronze, the maximum acceptable membership is 80. For Silver tier is 60 members, 50 for Gold and only 25 members for Diamond tier.
Does the Club assist with Proof of Financial Support to a member seeking VISA to study abroad?
No. Proof of financial support is only available to members applying for tourist Visa to ECC's 100+ destinations. The person's membership should be at least 6 months old with up-to-date subscriptions.
